Stinson Aerial Service Inc crew completes its Wildfire Season
2023, our busiest year to date, we spent over 100 nights on 58 wildfires in British Columbia. Using drones for rapid aerial surveillance, we identified over 80,000 hotspots, covered over 5,000 km BVLOS, and delivered crucial timely data, enhancing ground personnel’s situational awareness for more effective wildfire management.
We envision a future where drones play an increasingly crucial role in natural disaster mitigation, preparation, response, and recovery phases.
